The Farm belonged to a single family and their descendants for ten decades and now for the first time in a 100 years it has been available for your exclusive use.
It's the perfect scenario for families with kids experiencing the farm and activities out, couples in love, short breaks with friends, horse lovers and to host the most memorable celebrations.

FEATURES
Free Wifi
On the farm, Wi-Fi is free, you and your guests can connect your smartphone directly to the TV screen to watch YouTube videos, music and the best of Netflix movies and series.
As it's a farm some areas has a weak connectivity, which at the beginning you may feel upset about that, but take this as a good opportunity to take a break off your smartphone and relax :)
Cross Country Course
For an extra cost you can bring your own horse and book a session to ride on the course. It features 3.5 miles of tracks spread over 200 acres of stunning Essex countryside, this beautiful cross country course includes three water complexes, two large woods.
The Junior part, towards the north of the farm, features jumps between 55cm to 75cm. The Senior part has jumps up to 105cm.
The course will be open from 16 May till end of September!
Hot Tub
When taking a much-needed break, what more could you want than lots of rest and relaxation? And what better way to do this than by renting a holiday home with your very own hot tub? Just imagine it. You in a secluded farmhouse, surrounded by nature, stepping into a gorgeously bubbling pool and feeling all your stress melt away.

Towels & Bed Linen
We know how important it is to arrive at your desired holiday home and have available clean towels and a perfumed cotton bed-linen, making it convenient for you not to worry about bringing all these extras inside your suitcase; for this reason we provide it all!
The farmhouse is also professionally cleaned at every checkout, but if extra cleaning is required, a maid will be available at an extra cost.
Pool
When looking for a holiday home in the countryside, a house with swimming pool is always a good choice. Whether you are celebrating an important occasion, enjoying a family reunion, or looking for a Party House for a hen, stag, or a birthday party, a swimming pool is always a great way to keep your guests entertained.

THE FINER DETAILS
The Farm is a most attractive Grade II listed period property believed to date from the 15th Century with later additions. The main façade has a number of pretty Gothic arch windows and the property is approached from its own front drive under a magnificent Holm Oak.
The property presents rendered and painted elevations under a clay tile roof. Entrance hall, off which is the sitting room, with inglenook fireplace, dinning room with open fireplace and TV room on the left. Rear hall with farm office, cloakroom and kitchen/breakfast room with oil fired four oven AGA and range of units. Utility room and to the rear a large wooded room with multiple purposes use with open fire, hot tub, the room leads to the garden and pool area.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Three further bedrooms (one with en suite shower room) one of which has access down the rear staircase to the wooded room. Family bathroom.
The gardens are laid mainly to lawn with shrubs, trees and herbaceous
borders, together with a swimming pool with paved surround. Traditional stable block of timber frame which is also Listed Grade II. Grassland, meadow land and lake.

North Weald Airfield
North Weald Airfield is an operational general aviation aerodrome. It is the home of North Weald Airfield Museum. Although unlicensed it is home to many private aircraft and historic types, and is host to a wide range of events throughout the year, including the Air-Britain Classic Fly-in and smaller airshows.
Every Saturday they also have a
market & boot sale that has previously been known as the largest in the country. It is currently home to over 200 stalls of varying commodities.
It is a place that families can see and remember their forebears and of course is full of history.
